This notice applies to residents of Washington, Nevada and Connecticut and supplements our Privacy Policy.
Consumer health data we collect
Food and water diary, nutrition goals, weight and body measurements, progress check-ins, workouts and routines, and information you share with the Coach or in meal photos and descriptions.
Why we collect it
To provide tracking, targets, the Coach, food recognition and reminders you request.

Directly from you when you use Gramora.
Who we share it with
Lovable Cloud (hosting), Google Gemini (only with your permission, for Coach and food recognition) and Stripe (subscription status only). We do not sell consumer health data.
Your rights
You can confirm whether we collect your consumer health data, access it, delete it, and withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy or by emailing support@gramora.app. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our response; if the appeal is denied you may contact your state Attorney General.
